Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS within the USA territory, and FedEx for international shipping. 

Provided that your items are in stock, we typically process and ship orders within 24 hours after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. In most cases, you will receive your order within 5 and 7 business days, that is, excluding weekends and holidays or any potential delays caused by our shipping carriers. 

As stated above, we typically process and ship orders within 24 hours once an order is placed. Should you need us to expedite your order, we can process and ship your items/packages within 12 hours after your online order is placed. In most cases, your expedited order will arrive within 3 and 4 business days, that is, excluding any potential delays caused by our preferred shipping carriers. 

Yes, we do. However, some restrictions apply on certain countries. If you reside in a country with any import government regulations, please inquire about it prior to submitting an online order with us to avoid any potential delays and/or any other issues.  

Each and all international customers are responsible for their own country’s mandatory, respective custom fees, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. We recommend that you inquire about this matter with the corresponding government or customs agency in your country before making any purchase with us. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you double check your shipping address prior to submitting an online order with us as we cannot be responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect destination address. If such items are returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you immediately to determine the next steps.   

Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges on any orders placed within the American continent. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of your order, and ship your items back to us within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Notice that we do not charge any restocking fees; however, buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is liable for any loss in value. Buyers must ship the items back to the address on the original mailing label. In case you no longer have the original package, kindly email us at and we will gladly provide you with our mailing address.  

No, we do not provide a return shipping label. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs when they return any items or packages. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. However, feel free to contact us via email at as soon as you have any issues or concerns with your order. 

No, we do not cover any lost or stolen orders or items. Nonetheless, if your order gets lost or stolen while in transit or after it is delivered to your property, we strongly recommend that you contact the shipping carrier in charge of delivering your package. Most carrier companies, including USPS, FedEx, etcetera, provide insurance on all and each of our shipped packages.  

You may return most items; although, please be aware that some items are non-returnable. For example, we cannot accept body jewelry, including earrings, or any other piercing jewelry, if such items have been unpacked and/or worn. Additionally, washed and/or worn clothing are non-returnable. We care about our customers and do our very best to keep them all happy and healthy by offering disinfected, impeccable body jewelry and pieces of clothes. Furthermore, all items that are customized, made to order, or those items that are on sale or discounted, cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
