Returns and Exchanges
If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. We kindly ask you to please notify us of your intent to make a return within the first 7 days after the delivery date of the package. Any purchases made in the American continent are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date of the package for an exchange or refund.
For international orders, we are unable to accept any returns for an exchange; however, if you want to return any items for a refund, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with your request.
Please be aware that some items are non-returnable. For example, we cannot accept body jewelry, such as earrings or any other piercing jewelry if the items have been unpacked and/or worn. We care about our customers and do our best to maintain them happy and healthy by offering disinfected, impeccable body jewelry, including any garment, bags and accessories. Additionally, all items that are customized, made to order, or those items that are on sale or discounted, cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you before returning your items.
Whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange, you must send your items back to us within 14 days of the delivery date of your package. The return package must be postmarked by the 14th day of the delivery date of the package. If you are returning for an exchange, please note that exchanges are accepted only once per each order. If any items are returned for a second time for an exchange, then we will issue a refund instead of exchanging your items.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. However, we will deduct any shipping and handling fees from the total amount you originally paid. Any returns for an exchange are subject to shipping and handling fees.
